MF/HF SSB, NBDP, DSC, receiver/transmitter, synthesizer, tuner, and antenna diagnosis.
Section C: Satellite Systems
Inmarsat, Fleet terminals, LRIT, GPS, antenna tracking, interfaces, and terminal fault isolation.
Section D: Other GMDSS Equipment
EPIRB, SART, survival-craft VHF, NAVTEX testing, maintenance, and safe service decisions.
Section E: Power Sources
Batteries, chargers, reserve energy, rectifiers, filters, switch-mode supplies, and protection circuits.
Section F: Other Equipment and Networks
Computers, Ethernet, NMEA 0183/2000, bridge electronics, AIS, SSAS, ECDIS, autopilot, and VDR.
Section G: Inspections, Installations, and Instruments

Assessment plan: Protected 300-question official-pool mastery program and fresh 50-question final mock with one item from every key topic. The benchmark is 38 correct (76%); mock results are not official FCC results.

Is this an official OSHA or third-party certification?
No. IM Academi will identify the course provider and the exact completion outcome. It will not imply OSHA authorization, regulatory qualification, or another organization's certification unless the applicable authorization has been obtained and documented.
Does my employer still need to provide site-specific training?
